I recently visited this salon for a nail appointment and had a mixed experience. The manicurist who worked on my nails was fantastic - she was skilled, friendly, and knew exactly what she was doing. However, when it came to my pedicure, I was not as impressed. The technician was kind, but it was evident that she lacked the necessary expertise. I believe that the salon could have provided better supervision and guidance for her. Unfortunately, the pedicure ended up being one of the worst I've ever received. Additionally, I found the £15 charge for gel removal to be quite steep. I wish I had known about this beforehand. Overall, my experience was not as great as I had hoped for, and I don't think I will be returning or recommending this salon to others. less
